Refund Policy

• Sessions must be paid at the time of service or in advance.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $10 fee plus the full session rate if not rescheduled.

• Missed sessions without prior communication are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be given once services have been delivered, but we are happy to reschedule with reasonable notice.
